ONSITE MASSAGE (OSM) now an accepted part of daily office life. A combination of different massage styles, mainly Shiatsu (Acupressure) Massage that works on the same principles as Acupuncture natural life force energy (Chi or Qi), carried out fully clothed on an ergonomically designed chair (or without special chair). OSM deeply relaxes mind and body leaving you refreshed and energised for the rest of the day – a must to try. OSM does cover a variety of massage styles and we keep up to date with new techniques introduced.

SEATED-ACCUPRESSURE OR INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (IHM) is based on ancient Ayurvedic healing practised by Indian women for over a thousand years to keep their hair healthy. IHM increases circulation/blood flow helping to delay premature balding and alleviating many ailments such as migraines, headaches, sinus problems, eyestrain, tiredness, muscle stiffness (neck/shoulders/arms), fatigue, low energy, and help to balance hormones. We also do walk-about desk-side massages (from 5 to 10-12 minutes each) covering large numbers of employees e.g. call centres or large open-plan offices.

Hand reflexology, foot reflexology and other complementary therapies offered in London (UK)

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY & HAND REFLEXOLOGY 30 or 60-minutes – a non-invasive complementary therapy which may facilitate the healing of the physical and emotional body through specific pressure massage of reflexes on the feet, believed to correspond to particular parts of the body. It may help towards good physical, mental and emotional health, a gentle therapy bringing about the relaxation response via the nervous system allowing changes to take place. Treats the whole body not just the symptoms of disease, most people benefit from treatment, it may help with acute and chronic conditions; stress-related conditions; sleep disorders; hormonal imbalances; sports injuries. Its suitable for all ages and recommended as a maintenance therapy.

THAI (YOGA) MASSAGE performed on a one-to-one basis, bookable in 30-minute blocks. Combines Indian Ayurvedic, Chinese Medicine, Yoga and Acupressure together - releases muscular tension, reduces stress, builds higher level of fitness. The practitioner supports you through stretches and breathing techniques - strengthens joints and improves flexibility. Point manipulation reduces pain, stiffness in muscles and reduces inflammation and pain around joints. Common problems treated are: back pain, frozen shoulder, stiff neck, sciatica, sports injuries, migraines and sinus problems. Carried out on a futon on a carpeted or padded floor, fully clothed (loose clothing). Minimum number of sessions applies

HAND/ARM or FOOT RUBS hand and arm (to elbows) or foot massage with/without relaxing or invigorating oils or creams to suit you. Essential oils or creams can raise flagging spirits or calm and soothe nerves and tension. Popular for parties and special events.

REIKI BLISS BREAKS let Reiki (natural universal life force energy - Chi or Qi) relax mind body and soul, totally chilled out bliss. The day’s events slip away for precious ‘time out’ peace and quiet, go back to work relaxed and refreshed.
